Why Is Regional Experience Valuable for Property Testing?
Properties across East Central Illinois can vary considerably, from homes and commercial buildings in larger communities to properties in smaller towns and rural areas. Building age, foundation design, site conditions, and property use can all influence the type of inspection or testing that may be needed.
Callaway & Associates is locally owned and operated in Tuscola and serves numerous counties throughout the region. The company provides professional radon measurement for residential, commercial, multifamily, school, and daycare properties, along with HUD manufactured home installation inspections.
Regional experience is particularly valuable when services require an understanding of both professional testing standards and the types of properties commonly found throughout the area. Rather than assuming every building presents the same conditions, testing and inspection should be approached according to the individual property. With more than 30 years of experience, Callaway & Associates provides property owners and professionals with information they can use to make informed decisions.
